All is a messaging app just like WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Google Allo will come with some useful features like ability to have your conversations in incognito mode, which gives them end-to-end encryption. Such features are already available in apps like Telegram and Signal.

The app will also come with the Google Assistant feature, which will allow users to a few simple things like order pizza or buying tickets etc. This feature is similar to the chat bots in Facebook Messenger. Allow would arrive this week, may be on Wednesday, 21st September.
