Asus announced their post-GST price cuts on some of its smartphones, with prices reduced by as much as Rs. 3,000 on some models. There is no official confirmation regarding this price cut on Asus ZenFone smartphones, but Asus retail partners have already been informed of the revised pricing. Apple also announced price cuts across nearly all its products in India.
Asus ZenFone Smartphones Receive Price Cuts
The Asus ZenFone 3 (ZE552KL), which was priced at Rs. 19,999 will now retail at Rs. 16,999. It was launched in India in August last year priced at Rs. 27,999. It is powered by a Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor with Adreno 506 GPU. The Zenfone 3 (ZE552KL) has a 5.5-inch screen with a resolution of 1920×1080.
The Asus ZenFone 3 (ZE520KL), which was priced at Rs. 17,999 will now retail at Rs. 15,999. It is powered by a 2GHz Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor with Adreno 506 GPU. The ZenFone 3 (ZE520KL) features a 5.2-inch display, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a 2650mAh battery.
The Asus ZenFone 3 Max (ZC553KL), which was priced at Rs. 15,999 will now retail at Rs. 14,999. The ZenFone 3 Max (ZC553KL) is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC coupled with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It has a 5.5-inch full HD (1080×1920 pixels) display.
The Asus ZenFone 3S Max (ZC521TL), which was launched at Rs. 14,999 will now retail at Rs. 12,999. The ZenFone 3S Max (ZC521TL) is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 SoC that’s coupled with 3GB of RAM and the Mali T860 GPU. It has a 5.2-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display with 2.5D curved glass and a brightness of 450-nits. Its less-powerful sibling, the Asus ZenFone 3 Max (ZC520TL), was launched in India at Rs. 12,999 and is now available at Rs. 10,999.
