Huawei owned Honor brand revealed the new Honor Magic smartphone. It will be available in China from Friday priced at CNY 3,699 (approx. Rs. 36,000). The company has not revealed their plan to launch the device globally as for now.

Honor Magic Specifications
The Honor Magic comes with intelligent sensor and recognition technology to ensure privacy. The included widescreen sensor will allow users to unlock the device just by looking at the screen. When a user puts the phone in pocket, it will automatically turn of the screen and the locks itself. The FaceCode intelligent recognition feature will ensure that it’s the user and not someone else before showing notifications. Honor also included a feature like Google Now, to show information about a place or topic.
The Honor Magic is powered by an octa-core Kirin 950 processor clocked at 1.8GHz coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It has a 5.09-inch Quad HD (1440×2560) AMOLED 3D curved display. It comes with dual-rear camera setup using two 12MP sensors with dual-tone LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. There is an 8MP front camera as well for selfies and video calls.
The Honor Magic smartphone supports dual-SIM and it will run on Honor’s UI based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The included 2900mAh battery with fast charging support can charge up to 70 percent in 20 minutes, and 40 minutes with 10 minutes of charging. For connectivity, it has support for 4G LTE, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS/ A-GPS. The Honor Magic measures 146.1×69.9×7.8mm and weighs 145 grams.
