HTC revealed the Bolt smartphone in US. The sale will start from Friday via Sprint stores as well as the company’s online store in the US. It has been priced at $25 per month over 24 months (translating into $600 or Rs. 40,250) with instalment billing. HTC Bolt could be a Sprint exclusive as there is no word from the company regarding its launch in other countries.

HTC Bolt Specifications
The HTC Bolt has no headphone jack, and it uses the USB Type-C headphones with support for HTC BoomSound Adaptive Audio. It is powered by a Snapdragon 810 octa-core chipset with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The internal storage can be expanded up to 2TB using a MicroSD card. There is a 5.5-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) display and the phone is water-resistant with its aluminium body.
The HTC Bolt will run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and it has support for features like split screen view, free unlimited photo storage with Google Photos app, and inbuilt Google Duo video calling app. The fingerprint scanner is claimed to unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds.]
It has a 16MP rear camera with OIS (optical image stabilisation), 4K video recording, and PDAF (phase detection auto focus). There is an 8-megapixel front-facing camera on-board as well and also features screen flash. The HTC Bolt packs 3200mAh battery and supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 for fast charging.
