Aqua 5.5 VR

Intex launched two new budget smartphones in India. The Aqua 5.5 VR is priced at Rs. 5,099 and Aqua Craze II is priced at Rs. 5,990. The Aqua 5.5 VR will be a Flipkart exclusive and it will be available from October 19 in Champagne and Blue colours. The Aqua Craze II will be available to purchase from other retail platforms in Dark Blue, Grey and Champagne colors. Both smartphones are dual-SIM and will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

Intex Aqua 5.5 VR

The Intex Aqua 5.5 VR is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737V/W processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It has a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display. There is 8GB internal storage with support for MicroSD cards up to 32GB. It has a 5MP rear camera with dual LED flash and another 5MP camera is on the front. The Intex Aqua 5.5 VR has a 2800mAh battery. For connectivity it has 4G VoLTE, GPS/ A-GPS,Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth. This smartphone is claimed to have VR capabilities and it is preloaded with 3D content.

The Intex Aqua Craze II is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832A SoC coupled with 1GB of RAM. It has a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display. There is 8GB internal storage with support for MicroSD cards up to 32GB. It has a 5MP rear camera with dual LED flash and another 5MP camera is on the front. The Intex Aqua Craze II has a 2500mAh battery. For connectivity it has 4G VoLTE, GPS/ A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0.
