Karbonn K9 Viraat

Karbonn has launched their new K9 Viraat handset for Rs.4799. Karbonn K9 Viraat is a 3G smartphone, they should have launched a 4G device. The curved design and slim look not only makes it look good but also helps in the convenient usage of the phone.

Karbonn K9 Viraat Features

Karbonn K9 Viraat is powered by a 1.3GHz quad core processor and 1GB RAM. There is 8GB internal memory, which can be expanded up to 64 GB using a MicroSD card. Karbonn K9 Viraat has a 5.5 inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels display and 16M colours that give a 294ppi of pixel density. The dual sim handset with hybrid dual-SIM slots will be running Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. There is a 5MP Auto Focus camera on the rear with LED flash and a 3.2MP selfie camera on the front. The rear camera can record 1080p videos at 30fps.

Other features are 3G, GPS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0. Karbonn K9 Viraat will be available in Champagne and black colours for Rs.4799. It is available from Snapdeal and through offline retailers. The handset weights 171g and dimensions are 154×78.9×11.7 mm. The 2800 mAh battery is claimed to offer 8 hours of talk-time and up to 350 hours of standby time.

Karbonn launched the Fashion Eye smartphone in India last month for Rs. 5,490, and made it exclusively available on Amazon India. It features a 5-inch display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt storage, 8-megapixel rear camera, 3.2-megapixel front camera, 2000mAh battery, and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
