LG Q6 smartphone with FullVision Display has been launched in India priced at Rs. 14,990. The 3GB RAM, 32GB variant is made available in the country. It will be an Amazon exclusive and is being offered in Astro Black, Ice Platinum, and Terra Gold colours. Amazon is offering exchange and cashback offers on this new smartphone.
With the exchange offer, consumers can avail a maximum discount of RS. 13,300 on the LG Q6. As part of the Amazon Great Indian Sale, customers can get a 15 percent cashback with Amazon Pay. SBI card (both credit and debit) holders can get 15 percent cashback on purchase of the smartphone through app or 10 percent cashback while buying from the website.
LG Q6 Specifications
The biggest highlight of the LG Q6 smartphone is the 5.5-inch 2160×1080 18:9 IPS FullHD+ display with an impressive 78% screen-to-body ratio and a pixel density of 442ppi. The bezel-less design will be making the overall form factor of the device equal to a 4.7-inch screen smartphone. It is powered by the 1.3GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 chipset coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. The smartphone will be available in 3GB/32GB onboard storage. Onboard storage can be further expanded up to 2TB using a MicroSD card in the dedicated slot. LG should have brought the 4GB/64GB variant instead of the 3G/32GB variant in India.
The LG Q6 has a 13MP single rear camera, unlike the dual-camera setup in the flagship G6. Front camera is 5MP with a 100-degree wide-angle lens. The device runs on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box with the LG UX 6.0 UI on top.
This smartphone comes with a 3000mAh non-removable battery with support for fast charging, version unknown. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. It measures 142.5 x 69.3 x 8.1 mm and weighs 149 grams. Sensors including accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, and proximity sensor are available.
The LG Q6 doesn’t have fingerprint sensor but company has included facial recognition feature, its accuracy and security is for the consumer to judge.
