New images of the upcoming Motorola Moto M have been leaked and it shows the fingerprint scanner on the rear panel.

A new image of the silver color Moto M have been leaked. It will be the first recent Moto smartphone to sport the fingerprint scanner on the rear panel. The capsule like camera structure is placed right above the fingerprint scanner, and the design looks similar to the previous Moto smartphones. This new smartphone is expected to come with a full metal-build.
The leaked image shows the information screen of the phone with model number XT1662. It is running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with September security patch. Another leak appeared last week revealed the gold variant.
The Motorola Moto M is said to be powered by a 2GHz MediaTek MT6755 octa-core SoC with 3GB or 4GB of RAM. It will sport a 5.5-inch full HD (1080×1920 pixels) display. There will be 32GB or 64GB of internal storage as well. The rear camera will be 16MP and front camera will be 8MP or 5MP. It might have a 3000mAh battery and the smartphone could be available in different sizes as well. We will have to wait for the official announcement to clear things out.
