If the reports are true, Google ditched the Nexus name and will launch new smartphone with Pixel branding. There two smartphones currently being manufactured by HTC, and Google may launch in next month. There were lots of leaked photos, renders and benchmark results floating around the internet these days. There is a new images of the smartphone, which shows a couple of Pixel XL renders and a few cases for these Pixel phones.
There will be two variants, one with a 5.2 inch display and a larger version with a 5.5 inch display, it will be called the Pixel XL. The new leak of the Pixel XL or the larger model has the same design we have seen in previous leaks. New leaks show a physical home button, which was not there in the previous leaks. These Pixel XL renders could be fake, as there is less chance or a home button a Nexus or Pixel smartphone.
There was another leak which shows the display assembly for the devices

A few images of cases were also leaked, which also illustrate a physical home button. Pixel XL is expected to sport a 5.46-inch QHD display powered by a Snapdragon 821 SoC. There will be 4GB Ram and 32GB or 128GB internal storage. It will have a 12MP camera on the rear and an 8MP camera on the front. A 3450mAh battery will power the device and it will come with the latest Android 7 Nougat out of the box as usual. If the reports are true, the Pixel and Pixel XL smartphone will be announced on October 4th by Google.
