Few days we reported that Nokia might be planning to launch a new smartphone called the Nokia D1C. The report was based on a benchmark result in Geekbench, the website didn’t have any clue about the screen size. Now the device is appeared again in another benchmarking website and we know it is a tablet, not a smartphone.
Nokia D1C Is a large tablet
The Nokia D1C has been listed in the GFXBench which shows a 13.8-inch display size with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. It will be powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 505 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The tablet might run on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
The device will come with 16GB of internal storage and we think it will have support for MicroSD cards. The Nokia D1C tablet also seems to sport a 16MP camera on the rear and an 8MP camera on the front.
If the listing is not fake, this will be the second tablet by the company. Based on the previous leaks, the company might be also planning to launch two smartphones as well with 5.2 and 5.5-inch screen size. These smartphones are expected to come with 2K resolution and IP68 certification. These smartphones seem to have powerful hardware and we will have to wait and see what the company learned so far. If they put these smartphones in the market will tempting pricing, they can will the market again.
