Nubia M2

Followed by the launch of the M2 smartphone in India, Nubia has now launched the M2 smartphone in the country. It will be available as an Amazon exclusive priced at Rs. 22,999, in Champagne Gold and Black Gold colours. The Nubia M2 will be available exclusively for Amazon Prime members during the Prime day sale, the company is in talks with Amazon for the smartphone’s availability after the Prime Day Sale.

Nubia M2 Specifications

The Nubia M2 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM. It has a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) On-cell AMOLED display. There is 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 200GB using a MicroSD card. The company has not launched the 128GB built-in storage variant in the country.

The main highlight of the smartphone is its dual rear camera setup with two 13MP Sony CMOS sensors, both with sapphire glass protection and an f/2.2 aperture. One sensor will capture the colour information and the other will capture details in monochrome. Front camera is 16MP, with f/2.0 aperture and an 80-degree wide-angle lens. “The videos don’t pixelate, and 4 times slow playback ensures that every memory can be brought alive,” the company said in its release.

The Nubia M2 runs Nubia UI 4.0 based on Android 6 Marshmallow out of the box. It has a 3630mAh battery with NeoPower 2.5 fast charging support. The connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.1, OTG, USB Type-C, and GPS. This smartphone measures 154.5×75.9x7mm and weighs 168 grams. It has support for Dolby Sound 7.1 and Hi-Fi audio; the fingerprint sensor is embedded on the home button.
