OnePlus has started to work on their next year’s flagship smartphone. The latest leaks suggest that the OnePlus 4 will come with a Snapdragon 830 processor and the launch will happen on June-July 2017.
OnePlus 4 Specifications
The newly leaked launch date is in line with OnePlus’s usual flagship announcement period. The OnePlus 3 (Review) was unveiled in June this year. The Snapdragon 830 chipset is not yet officially announced by Qualcomm. But last month Samsung revealed some details about it, saying it would be built on its 10nm manufacturing process.
The Snapdragon 830 chipset is rumored to have an octa-core setup, with support for 4K displays and support for RAM up to 8GB. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8, the extraordinary Turing phones, and the Microsoft Surface Phone are also expected to sport this new Snapdragon 830 processor.
We can expect the OnePlus 4 to have at least 6GB of Ram, and the processor might be clicked at 3GHz. It will run on Oxygen OS based on Android 7.0 Nougat and include a 4000mh battery.
