Panasonic Eluga Ray 700

Panasonic officially launched Eluga Ray 700 and Eluga Ray 500 in India. Both smartphones were listed in Flipkart few days ago. If the  Eluga Ray 500’s main highlight was a dual-rear camera, the Eluga Ray 700 comes with a 5000mAh battery and a full-HD display. The Eluga Ray 700 will be priced at Rs. 9,999 and Eluga Ray 500 will be priced at Rs. 8,999. Both smartphones will be available via Flipkart from September 21, 12am.

Panasonic Eluga Ray 700 Specifications

The Panasonic Eluga Ray 700 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MTK6753 SoC clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with 3GB of RAM. It has a 5.5-inch HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS On Cell display. There is 32GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB using a MicroSD card. Rear camera is 13MP with f/2.0 aperture and tagged with LED flash. Front camera is also 13MP with LED flash.

The Panasonic Eluga Ray 700 is a dual-SIM smartphone running Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. The Panasonic Eluga Ray 500 measures 153.75×75.35×8.9mm and weighs 182 grams. The connectivity options offered by the handset include 4G VoLTE connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and 3.5mm headphone jack. The sensors on board include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, compass, and fingerprint sensor embedded in home button.

This smartphone is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MTK6737 SoC clocked at 1.25GHz coupled with 3GB of RAM. It has a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS On Cell display. There is 32GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB using a MicroSD card.

Panasonic Eluga Ray 500

The Panasonic Eluga Ray 500 has a dual-rear camera setup, using one 13MP sensor and another 8MP sensor, with dual-LED flash. Front camera is 5MP with an f2.4 aperture and beauty mode.

The Panasonic Eluga Ray 500 is a dual-SIM (hybrid) smartphone running stock Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. It comes with a 4000mAh battery and a fingerprint scanner on the front. The Panasonic Eluga Ray 500 measures 144.26×71.26×9.2mm and weighs 163 grams. The connectivity options offered by the handset include 4G VoLTE connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and 3.5mm headphone jack. The sensors on board include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor.
