Jio launched

Reliance Jio 4G LTE services has been officially launched in India today. Reliance Jio services will be formally launched on 5 September while the commercial launch take till 31 December. Reliance Jio launched and also unveiled its tariff plans, which starts from Rs. 149. You will get lifetime free voice calls in Jio network.

Reliance is currently offering it Jio Preview offer in most locations and there is lots of demand for the same. Soon, Jio will also implement eKYC based SIM activation as well. Which means, all you need is your Aadhar number and you SIM card will be activated within 15 minutes. Reliance Jio 4G LTE service is already active in 18000 cities and 2 lakh villages. All Jio customers will get free calls across India to any network, and there will be no roaming charges.

Reliance Jio will be offering, low cost data, you will get 1GB data for Rs.50, which is the lowest rate in the world. Students will get additional 25% extra data. Jio app subscription worth Rs.15000 will be free for all until 2017. There will be no additional charges of special days.

Another good news is, Reliance Jio will be for everyone until 31st December 2016.

Soon Reliance Jio will also start Fiber to home service as well in selected cities, which will later extend to top 100 cities.

Reliance Jio launched by unveiling its tariff plans. The lowest Jio plan costs Rs.149, which will give you 0.3GB 4G data and up to 100 SMS for 28 days. The second plan is of Rs.499, which offers 4GB + Unlimited 4G at night, Unlimited SMS. Hotspot users will get 8GB data on the same plan.

Rs. 999 gives 10GB, Rs. 1499 gives 20GB, Rs. 2499 gives 35GB, Rs. 3999 gives 60GB and Rs. 4999 gives 75GB data – for all these you get unlimited 4G at night. Pack validity is 28 days.

Reliance will offer up tp 90 percent of Indians high-speed mobile Internet as well as voice services by 2017. “Jio stands on five pillars: best quality broadband network with highest capacity (all-IP network), affordable 4G smartphones, compelling applications and content, superior digital service and affordable and simple tariffs,” Mukesh Ambani said while addressing the 42nd Annual General Meeting of RIL at Birla Matushri Sabhagar in Mumbai. “Datas is the Oxygen of Digital life and Oxygen cannot be in short supply. Jio is more than just a business for us. Our commitment is to enrich the life of every Indian,” he added.

Basically Reliance Jio is charging the users for data only.
