There were several leaks about the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Note 2. The dual-edge display and dual camera setup is almost sure. Xiaomi is expected to reveal the phone in an event scheduled on October 25. Presentation Slides of the upcoming event has been leaked on Weibo revealing all specifications and price.

According to the slides, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor paired with Adreno 530GPU.It will come with a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED (1440×2560 pixels) display with Force Touch technology. There will be two variants, one with 4GB RAM/ 64GB of storage and the second model with 6GB of RAM/ 128GB of storage.
The leaked presentation shows dual-camera setup on the rear using a 23-megapixel Sony IMX318 sensor and a 12-megapixel Sony IMX378 sensor. This setup will have dual-tone LED flash support, OIS and 4K video recording ability. The front camera is expected to be 8MP.
This phone will have a 4100mAh battery with Quick Charge fast charging technology. It will have NFC and will support Mi Pay. The fingerprint sensor will be using ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and it will be integrated under the display. Other connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4/5 GHz) MU-MIMO, GPS, and USB Type-C port. It will run on MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The 4GB variant of the phone will be priced at CNY 2799 (approx. Rs. 27,800) and the 6GB variant will be priced at CNY 2,999 (approx. Rs. 29,800).
