Xiaomi launched their latest flagship smartphone, the Mi Note 2 at the ‘Curved to Impress’ event in Beijing. This smartphone comes with 3D curved glass on the front and back, which give the phone a dual-edge display like the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be available in three variants. First one with 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage will be priced at CNY 2,799 (approx. Rs.27,600), the second model with 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage will be priced at CNY 3,299 (approx. Rs.32,500) and the third Global Edition will come with 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage will cost CNY 3,499(approx. Rs.34,500). The Global Edition supports up to 37 global LTE bands. All models will be available in Piano Black and Glacial Silver color variants, and an aluminium build.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is powered by a 2.35GHz quad-core Snapdragon 821 Performance Edition SoC. It has a 5.7-inch Quad HD (2,560 x 1,440) OLED flexible display with a 77.2 percent screen-to body ratio and 110 percent NSTC gamut.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a 22.56MP rear camera using Sony IMX318 Exmor RS sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, and EIS with its own 3-axis gyroscope for 4K video stabilization. On the front an 8MP Sony IMX268 RS sensor with an f/2.0 aperture is available.
This smartphone comes with a 4070mAh battery and Quick Charge 3.0 support. Also on board is the Aqstic audio processor, with 192kHz/24-bit Hi-Fi sound quality.
