There were lots of leaks about the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 smartphone recently. The company is expected to launched the smartphone at an event in China on October 25. Additionally, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun recently teased that the upcoming Mi Note 2 will “have a surprise.” The latest leak is about Mi Note 2 Price details.
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Price Details
The price details are leaked in a slide, said to be from a Xiaomi presentation. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be priced at CNY 5,699 (approx. Rs. 57,000), and the sale will start in China from November 1. This could be the price of the Mi Note 2 with Snapdragon 821 SoC, 6GB RAM and 128GB / 256 GB storage. If the leak is true, this will be the most expensive Xiaomi smartphone ever.
The Mi Note 2 is expected to come with a 5.7-inch QHD AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560 X 1440 pixels. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 quad-core SoC with Adreno 530GPU. There will be dual camera setup on the rear and the phone will have 6GB of RAM. It will run on MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Two images of Mi Note 2 have been leaked on Weibo, which shows the device will have a very thin bezel on all four sides. If this is the real image of Mi Note 2, it will come without front sensors and front camera. The image also shows the device running on MIUI OS.
